SYNCHRONIC. Haus offers two packages for postpartum support suggested following birth. Although there is a vast list of service offerings, we will curate a plan that is intentional and fulfilling for your family’s wants and needs as the newborn is welcomed and the mama is allowed time and space to heal. My top priority is assisting in creating a helpful, thoughtful and sacred space while your family adjusts and evolves in a positive and supported direction.

Service Menu...
- One (1) prenatal, in-person meeting to create a postpartum plan
- References to local chiropractic care, pediatric care, OBGYNs, PCPs, bodywork services, etc
- SYNCHRONIC. Postpartum kit (includes herbal sitz bath, body butter, herbal tea blends)
- Tools to support your means of self-advocacy during and after the postpartum period
- Yoni Steams
- Bath rituals
- Belly binding
- Assistance with bathing (for the healing mama and baby)
- Intentional, homemade meal preparation for the for the mother and household
- Light housework including but not limited to dishes, laundry, organizing nursery
- Assistance with errands and heavy lifting
- Care for baby while you nap or shower, or simply spend time doing whatever self-care means to you
- Daily contact through phone call and text when needed
- Assistance with siblings and pets
- Referrals for additional support services (placenta encapsulation, breastfeeding support, pelvic floor therapist, etc)
- Emotional and mental health support, heart to heart check ins
- the option to add on a natal chart reading for the mama and newborn, and any family members interested to dive into the Astro blueprint of each other’s communication style
- the option to add on massage therapy to encourage the body’s repair and restoration
