Osa Adenomo is a multifaceted creative with the innate desire to breathe life into an idea and nurture its process into existence through creative + art direction, conjuring, writing, birth work and bodywork.

She studied and graduated from Massage Therapy school in 2020 and has since been crafting her skills to create a flow that is relaxing, intuitive, transformative and encouraging to the client's own Human Experience. She focuses on the benefits of the nervous system and emotional health and tailors the massage experience to create a safe place for expression and expansion. Osa is certified in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Pregnancy and Postpartum massage and also frequently practices Cupping.  

Similar to her history with body work, when it comes to birth work- Osa is just as intentional and committed. Prior to being a business owner, Osa has +10 years of being a youth mentor, nanny and daycare teacher. Her passion for generational healing and familial health guided her on the journey to being a doula, and one day a traditional midwife! Osa has been certified in several doula courses throughout the years including Grandma's Hands Pregnancy/Postpartum Herbs & Nutrition in the Southern Tradition and Earth Mama Naturals Doula Course. She is also a part of the Divine Doula Tribe of Atlanta. Osa is a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula.
