Birth Doula Packages

Our prenatal meetings will be informational, conversational, physically active and tailored towards your wants and needs during this pregnancy. Our prenatal meetings will last from 90 minutes to 2 hours at your residence or my office which is located in Little Five Points, Atlanta.

There are several Birth Doula packages to pick from depending on the amount of prenatal and postpartum meetings you desire:

2 prenatal meetings, labor support (following 2 hours after birth) & 1 postpartum meeting = $1000
3 prenatal meetings, labor support (following 2 hours after birth) & 1 postpartum meeting = $1200
3 prenatal meetings, labor support (following 2 hours after birth) & 2 postpartum meetings = $1350
4 prenatal meetings, labor support (following 2 hours after birth) & 1 postpartum meeting = $1550
4 prenatal meetings, labor support (following 2 hours after birth) & 2 postpartum meetings = $1700

Add ons:

~mobile massage therapy ($140/60 minutes and $195/90 minutes)

~natal chart readings ($100 per chart)

Although there are a few options for Birth Doula packages, the contents of our prenatal meetings will cover the same topics, including but not limited to:

Birth Rights & Breastfeeding Mother’s Bill of Rights
Adequate tools and preparation for self-advocacy
Birth Plan curation and preparation
Check-ins; emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. This will involve both the pregnant person, the partner and whomever else is present with the intimate aspects of the birth
Bathing rituals
Nutritional guide and recipes for pregnancy and postpartum
Traditional holistic remedy suggestions for prenatal symptoms and postpartum healing
Journaling and shadow work prompts centered around womb history and ancestral rites of passage
Comfort Measures - how to care for your pregnant body, promote oxytocin and encourage relaxation and relief. This will involve physical activities such as yoga, rebozo work, wrapping, and incorporation of an exercise ball. It is highly recommend the partner be present for this work as well
Binding - this will be covered in our postpartum meeting
Labor preparation - when to call your doula and your midwife (if applicable), how to track contractions, techniques to self-soothe during active labor, birthing positions
